Cable EXQ 5G2.5 50m

EXQ 5G 2.5 mm² is a PEX-insulated installation cable with halogen-free outer sheath, intended for fixed installation indoors and outdoors. The cable has 3 conductors with an area of 1.5 mm² and may be laid both open and concealed in pipes or ducts, but not in soil or water. When installed outdoors, special measures must be taken to protect the cable from direct sunlight. The insulation of the conductors should always be protected from UV light. Advantages of halogen-free cables Halogen-free and flame-retardant cables are better for both health and the environment. They are healthier to manufacture and in the event of a fire, less toxic substances are released and the smoke produced is smaller and brighter than in a fire involving PVC cables. Halogen-free cables therefore have a different designation to distinguish them from non-halogen-free cables.
